Civil Service and Fees
All civil process issued by the Courts are submitted by the Courts to the Sheriff's Office for service.
The Sheriff's Office charges a $50 fee for papers issued in LeFlore County and a $65 fee for papers issued out-of-county and out of state.
Copies of Sheriff Reports $5.00.
Copies of Sheriff Sales $1.00
Other Purpose Fingerprints 1-card $10.00 2- cards $15.00
